Refund Policy

At Humble House Bakery, we are committed to providing high-quality baked goods and excellent service. To ensure a smooth experience for all our customers, please review our refund and cancellation policy below.

Pick-Up Orders

Orders not picked up by the specified date will not be refunded and products will not be held for later pick-up.

To cancel and receive a full refund, please contact us by 11:30 AM on the day of pick-up (excluding designer cakes).
Cancellations made after 11:30 AM will only be eligible for a 50% refund.

Designer Cakes & Custom Orders

We require at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel designer cakes, custom cakes, or macaron orders for a refund.
If your item is already in production, we reserve the right to issue only a 50% refund.

Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will not be refunded.

As all custom items are produced at our Saskatoon facility and often begin preparation in advance, we may not be able to accommodate changes such as flavor or design adjustments once your order is confirmed.

Custom orders that are already produced are non-refundable.

Delivery Orders

Please ensure all delivery details are accurate before placing your order.
Incorrect addresses will not be redelivered, and no refund will be issued for missed deliveries.

A $5 cancellation fee applies immediately after placing a delivery order.

Date changes must be requested at least 24 hours in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
If changes are requested with less than 24 hours’ notice, a new delivery fee will apply.

Cancellations made after 4:00 PM the day before the scheduled delivery will not receive a refund for the delivery charge.
